Here’s Elena‘s second go-round on the JQ cover. What do you all think? I’ve already suggested shortening the subtitle, LOL.

    I like this one better. There’s a stronger sense of investigating the occult, and there’s more mystery — save the monster for inside the book. And the portrait of Jane Q. is clearer and bolder.For what it’s worth, I like the subtitle.

    I much prefer this cover, for many of the same reasons as Crispinus – and it does leave the monster as an element of surprise.
