Alas, it was just a return to NY for work, so counting the days until I am back in Scotland.

A last bit of black pudding before enforced isolation from this great foodstuff?

But it is unnaturally squarish! That’s so WRONG!

I was puzzled by that, too. On the other hand, my yearning for the stuff has grown so intense since reading the recent reports of it as a superfood that I’d happily scarf it if it were shaped like Kermit the Frog.

LOL, I’ll bring one back for you next time. They actually sell it in the tourist shop in the airport, next to the haggis.

We’re hoping to be across there this spring. Which airport was it they had it on sale? Glasgow?

Also, I thought it was illegal to bring it into this country?

They have it at both Glasgow and Edinburgh. I think they finally repealed that or there’s some workaround. Like the tulips in Amsterdam. You can get the ones with US stickers but not the others.
