One of the new additions to the city by the Tay while I was away is the beautiful installation The Tay Whale by Lee Simmons, who not only created a beautiful sculpture but chronicled its journey from his workshop to Dundee on his IG account (and you can see a video putting all the pieces together on YT).
Somehow I had missed the information that it was also a sound installation, but you can see my video reel walking through the parts of it here. Down by the Tay, beside the V&A, under a wintry sky — and with the colourful fountains nearby as well as the winter carnival at present — it makes for an uplifting site/sight.

Drop by and see it for yourself.
