Off on travels again: first in Limerick where I will be part of a truly groovy event, Always Different, Always the Same: The Fall Symposium which includes a bunch of talks, an interview with ‘Funky’ Si Wolstencroft, author of You Can Drum But You Can’t Hide and with Imperial Wax before their concert in the same venue. Quite a day!

Since I’m going all the way to Ireland, I am going to grab a couple days to visit my old haunts in Galway and see how much has changed. Of course I’m hoping to pick up a copy of Ken Bruen’s Galway Girl at Charlie Byrne’s Book Shop, too! Looking forward to spending some time with Jack Taylor again.
