Transitions

I think I need to give Leigh Bowery the multimedia approach, which will take a bit longer so here are some transitional moments from the Guild Hall Gallery: the Roman Amphitheatre and a few from the permanent collection.

From Grimshaw to Grayson Perry is a big leap, I guess. Then I wandered along because it seemed more trouble to get to the Millennium Bridge by transport but it was soooo hot, I made use of the lovely park along the way. Every corner full of history.

And the bridge with a view of St Paul’s–irresistible to the eye. Though I always think of Diana’s temple below it. The painter en plein air was still there when I came back on my way to t’other Tate.

And of course there was also lovely Maman, inside the Tate Mod this time; last visiting she was outside (2011? I remember poor photos from my old Nokia phone). Louise Bourgeois’ spider mama always dazzles. And tourists always ignore the Do Not Touch! signs (-_-).
